Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with your order, email battlesbudz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return and refund. We do not want to force anyone to keep an item they genuinely do not want.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, even if the item has been worn. Battles Budz pays the return postage. The customer pays $9 for us to ship the replacement item. Email battlesbudz@gmail.com to begin an exchange and receive return instructions.

Faulty battery replacements

If a battery is not working, send a photo or video to battlesbudz@gmail.com. We will send a replacement with no questions asked.
